Deriving our theoretical underlining from the fields of organizational behavior, team research, and leadership, in our research projects, we focus on the perceptions and behaviors of individuals, teams, and leaders. Contributing to both research and practice, we focus on four overarching research themes: Intelligent Technologies in Teams, Adapting to Work Demands, New Ways of (Team) Work, and Digital Leadership. Our goal is to combine behaviors with current challenges and practices in organizations and support employees, teams, and leaders, to adapt effectively and remain successful. We use qualitative and quantitative research methods to better understand what it means to work and adapt in the digital age.
