Dr. Eleni Georganta joined the Chair of Research and Science Management in January 2020 as a postodoctal researcher.

Her research focus is on team adaptation, team performance, autonomous technologies as team members, agility, cultural diversity, new ways of work and their role and impact on leadership. Since January 2021, she is the Head of the Research Lab Leadership | Learning | Innovation.

In March 2018 Eleni defended her PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a dissertation titled „Team Adaptation Process: An Empirical Investigation of this Unfolding and Dynamic Team Phenomenon”. She earned her MSc. in Organizational Psychology from University of Leeds and her BSc. in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
