Elke Graf has been working as an executive assistant to Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus, Senior Vice President for Talent Management and Diversity, since March 2018. In this function she supports Prof. Peus in the conception and implementation of projects in the areas of career paths and qualification paths at universities, university policy and diversity as well as in representative tasks.

Elke Graf holds a degree in business education and is doing her PhD Studies at the University of Innsbruck on the subject of 'Professionalisation of young potentials within graduate programs'.
