Stephanie Rehbock will travel to Vienna, Austria next February for the 1st Careers Division Community Conference of the Academy of Management. A small group of selected career scholars and doctoral students will have the opportunity to engage in an active dialogue and draw insights on most recent careers research under the theme “Careers in Context: Theorizing in and about Turbulent Times”. The paper accepted for presentation aims to inform how influential events during the early career stage shape male and female employees’ self-concepts over time.
