Kristin Knipfer and Ellen Schmid were excited to receive the Digital Innovations in Management Education Award by TUM School of Management together with Thomas Münch, Executive Education Center, and Stefan Lülf, everskill GmbH.

Their Leadership Development Approach integrates systematic feedback, individualized action plans, and reflective leadership practice as effective means to support leaders’ learning. Having the aspiration to be leading-edge in the field of learning innovation, they decided to partner with everskill GmbH, a Start Up founded by TUM-Alumnus Daniel Schmelzer, to create Emma – a digital coach to support leaders in their personal development in EMBA- and Customized-Programs at TUM School of Management Executive Education Center. Since February, the digital coach Emma complements their successful leadership development approach in the EMBA General Management and Business & IT.
