Vom 17. bis zum 20. Mai findet der 18te Kongress der European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology in Dublin statt. Das Leitthema der Veranstaltung lautet in diesem Jahr "Enabling Change Through Work and Organizational Psychology: Opportunities and Challenges for Research and Practice". Im Kreis der internationalen Fachcommunity gilt es den theoretischen sowie praktischen Beitrag dieser Forschungsdisziplin aus neuen Perspektiven zu beleuchten und aktuelle Herausforderungen zu benennen.
