After two great years as a postdoctoral fellow at the Chair of Research and Science Management, Dr. Eleni Georganta has left our chair in January 2023 to take on an Assistant Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology position at the University of Amsterdam.

Eleni's research centered around team adaptation, team performance, autonomous technologies as team members, agility, cultural diversity, new ways of work, and their role and impact on leadership. She was the Lead of the Research Group Teamwork | Leadership | Digital Age, where her research combined behaviors with current challenges and practices in organizations to support employees, teams, and leaders. She used qualitative and quantitative research methods to better understand what it means to work and adapt in the digital age. Among many team responsibilities, she chiefly established our Advanced Research Seminar to effectively prepare students for their master's theses and organized the Research Colloquium, where our team shared and discussed their work on a weekly basis.
