Master / Bachelor

Our chair offers lectures and seminars for Bachelor and Master students. The topics covered include leadership, employee and organizational development as well as ethics in the workplace. We also offer Advanced Seminars on research methods in leadership and organizational behavior research.

PhD

Our chair offers seminars within the doctoral course program of the Graduate Center of TUM School of Management. These seminars focus for example on the application of psychological theories to understand organizational life.

We also hold a weekly research colloquium (during the semester). Here we present and discuss planned and ongoing research projects. We also invite external speakers to share their insights with us. Our colloquium is open for guests.

Project Studies and Final Theses

It is possible to conduct a project study or write your thesis (Bachelors, Masters) at our chair. You can either suggest a topic that closely relates to the chair’s focus or choose from a topic offered by the chair.

Please note that enrolling in the module “Advanced Research Methods in Leadership and Organizational Behavior" (Advanced Seminar & Exercise) offered by the chair is a prerequisite for writing a thesis.
