Welcome to the information website of the research project “Does care for family members increase caring leadership?”

The research project “Does care for family members increase caring leadership?" ("Fördert Fürsorge für Angehörige fürsorgliche Führung?") is part of the research network ForGenderCare. Since early summer of 2015 the research network is funded by Bavarian Research Alliance (Bayrische Forschungsallianz) and Bavarian State Ministry of education and culture, science and art (Bayrisches Staatsministerium für Bildung und Kultus, Wissenschaft und Kunst). The research network includes twelve research projects located throughout Bavaria. They theoretically and empirically investigate interdisciplinary perspectives on the relationship of gender and care.

The research project “Does care for family members increase caring leadership?" („Fördert Fürsorge für Angehörige fürsorgliche Führung?“) is led by Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus and Dr. Anna Brzykcy (Chair of Research and Science Management, TUM) in cooperation with Dr. Jamie Gloor, Dr. Lisa Horvath and Dr. Susanne Braun.
