Daniel Danzl joined the Chair of Research and Science Management in 2024 as a Research Associate. Within the BMBF-funded project “SeeHerTech”, they are conducting research in the domain of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), with a special focus on women’s visibility as researchers, scientists and/or innovators. Combining qualitative and quantitative methods, this project aims to deliver (theoretical) insight into successful communication strategies, consequently enabling their translation into practical tools for women to grow their visibility and impact.
Daniel Danzl holds master’s degrees in Management & Technology (M.Sc.) from TUM with a focus on Marketing, Strategy & Leadership as well as Sociology (M.A.) from LMU Munich specialising in Gender & Diversity Studies. In combination with experience in both academia and business, Daniel Danzl offers a broad background of organisational expertise.
