International Spring School, March 2018

Last March, we hosted a four-day Spring School on "Leadership in Knowledge Organizations: Perspectives on Talent Management & Diversity" as part of the FührMINT project.

Junior researchers from seven different countries came together to exchange ideas on topics related to Talent Management & Diversity. The agenda combined theoretical and methodological lectures by renowned scholars with presentations by junior researchers, who presented their own projects and received feedback from experts in the respective field. Prof. Dr. Marieke van den Brink opened the event with an exciting key note on "Gender in Academia". Other highlights included a science slam and an interactive workshop on "Transferring research findings into practice".

Exciting and very insightful lectures were given by Prof. Dr. Marieke van den Brink, Prof. Dr. Joachim Henkel, Prof. Dr. Susanne Ihsen, Prof. Dr. Ronit Kark, Prof. Dr. Michael Kurschilgen, Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus und Prof. Dr. Sabine Sonnentag.
