Who we are looking for

We are looking for individuals who have recently started a new job and joined a new organization (< 6 months) or plan to do so in the near future.  Also teams that have recently (< 6 months) welcomed new members from outside the organization are particularly suitable.There are no restrictions in terms of occupations, industry or company size.

What kinds of procedures are involved?

The project follows a longitudinal approach; that means participants will be accompanied by the research team for a period of about 3 years. Your participation is voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time and without giving a reason.

Participants will be invited to take part in a survey every 3 to 6 months over the course of a three-year period. The survey is conducted online and can be conveniently accessed from mobile devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet). Alternatively, you may want to participate in interviews to share your personal experiences. 

Participants will receive financial compensation for the time spent.

Why should you participate and how can you personally benefit?

Your responses will make a difference as you help research to learn more about the role of work experiences for personal development. Moreover, you will personally benefit from the opportunity to reflect on your personal development as well as from individual feedback. Throughout your participation, you will receive personalized feedback on your responses as well as research-based explanations and suggestions.
