On international women’s day, 2021, we are happy to announce that Dr. Victoria Ossadnik (CEO E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH) has been named one of the 40 most inspiring women in Germany in an annual rating by industry professionals . Dr. Ossadnik joined our chair as a guest lecturer in 2019 to teach a seminar on “Successful Adaption of Enterprises in Fast Changing/Disruptive Markets” that enjoys great popularity among our students. She looks back on an impressive career in the energy and software industries with stations at Oracle and Microsoft and builds on her experience to drive change at E.ON and to inspire a change-oriented mindset in our students. We congratulate her on the well-deserved recognition of her work and hope that she will keep on inspiring women to become successful leaders in the industry and beyond.
