Selina Stracke joined the 14th Annual INGroup Conference in Lisbon/ Portugal. Before the conference officially started on Friday, 19th of July, she took part in the INGRoup Doctoral Consortium on Thursday, 18th of July. During the consortium, group and team scholars shared their experiences and insider knowledge on how to pursue a successful career, how to successfully apply for grants, how to teach classes about groups and teams, and how to succeed professorship.
Moreover, she introduced her research on team rumination in a little brownbag session and got feedback from fellow doctoral students and senior team researchers. Selina also used her first conference experience to get to know and connect with scholars in her research area. Further, the conference presentation sessions gave a widespread overview of the current status of group- and team research.
