We are pleased to announce that Daniel Danzl has joined the Chair of Research and Science Management as a Research Associate as of October 1, 2024. Within the BMBF-funded project “SeeHerTech,” Daniel is conducting research in the domain of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with a special focus on women’s visibility as scientists and innovators. This project combines qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver theoretical insights into successful communication strategies and translate them into practical tools for women to enhance their visibility and impact.

Daniel Danzl holds master’s degrees in Management & Technology (M.Sc.) from TUM, focusing on Marketing, Strategy & Leadership, and Sociology (M.A.) from LMU Munich, specializing in Gender & Diversity Studies. With experience in both academia and business, Daniel brings a broad background of organizational expertise to the team.
