We were very happy to welcome Matej Černe from the University of Ljubljana at our chair this week. He presented his work on “Actual-Wanted Job Design Incongruence, Creative Bootlegging and Innovative Work Behavior” in the Research Seminar of the TUM School of Management on November 20th.
Matej is also well known for his research on the detrimental effects of knowledge hiding on creativity. We enjoyed the very interesting discussion of our ongoing projects about the predictors of knowledge hiding with Matej and two additional guests: Almasa Sarabi from the School of Business and Economics, FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, and Johannes Arendt from the LMU. Thank you for coming!
