We are delighted to announce that two of our team members presented at the 7th Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Leadership Symposium that took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, between 1 May and 4 May. Experts and scholars in the field of leadership from across the world convened to examine hot topics currently relevant for our society – this year with the focus on “Inclusive Leadership”. This conference broadened our vision and reaffirmed our passion for our research projects. We're pleased and proud to actively represent the Technical University of Munich at such an inspiring event!
From our chair, Leidy Cubillos-Pinilla and Clarissa Zwarg shared the following work in two sessions:
Identity Entrepreneurship and Engaged Followership: The Effects of Leader Communication Behavior on Follower Cognitive Effort and Behavior (Cubillos-Pinilla, L.; Fladerer, M. P.; Peus, C.)
Making Sense of Reactions toward Standardized Diversity Courses in Organizations (Zwarg, C.; Alvesson, M.; Fladerer, M. P.; Fischer, T.; Georganta, E.; Peus, C.)
We thank the organizers and look forward to visiting Greece again for its next iteration!
