Last week Dr. Ellen Schmid joined the 19th EAWOP Congress in Turin/Italy.

Dr. Schmid presented work she is doing together with Dr. Kristin Knipfer and Prof. Claudia Peus on using a situational judgement test not only for assessment, but as a central element in leadership development.
