Dr. Matthias Bosch

Visiting lecturer
Dr. Matthias Bosch pursued his undergraduate studies in manufacturing and production engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) from 1989 to 1993. In 1999, he completed his doctoral program in law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU), while concurrently undertaking the education to qualify as a German patent attorney. In 1994, as a visiting scholar of both the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and the University of Washington School of Law, he spent a research semester in Seattle investigating the U.S. facet of his comparative legal dissertation on the exclusion of medical procedures from patentability.
In 2000, Dr. Matthias Bosch founded the patent law firm Bosch Jehle in Munich. In practice, he has focused predominantly on orchestrating complex patent infringement proceedings and managing extensive global portfolios of intellectual property rights.
Since 2021, he has served exclusively in an advisory capacity as a patent attorney, devoting himself primarily to nonprofit endeavors. In addition to his role on the Board of Trustees of the Stiftung Wertebündnis Bayern, he served for three years on the Board of Directors of the international organization Global Dignity Inc., where he was instrumental in establishing and leading its German chapter. His expertise in values-based leadership—particularly as it pertains to foundations and nonprofit institutions—was further honed by an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2021 and, later, through his selection as a Fellow of the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard in 2023. With the founding of Bosch Global Advisors in Munich in 2024, his focus shifted towards advising and supporting family enterprises on succession planning, legacy structuring, and impact philanthropy. Since 2025, he has also concentrated on developing the Lifelong Leadership Program at TUM.

Alexander Groth is a professional speaker and expert on leadership in the area of top and middle management. He has gained his expertise from ten years of experience where he gave presentations on over 1000 days and supported managers and organizations in being more successful.
Dr. Iryna Halushchak

Visiting lecturer
Prof. Dr. Iryna Halushchak advanced through progressively responsible teaching and leading roles in Economics & Pedagogical Sciences university and researching environment at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. Holding her PhD degree in Economics since 2012 and the Doctor of Sciences since 2019, Dr. Halushchak has been Associate Professor of Economics since 2018, Professor of Economics and Head of Science and Research Department since 2021 at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. Since April 2023 she is leading ´The Craft and Art of Leadership´ seminar as inviting Professor at TUM School of Management - Business School of Technical University of Munich.
In her research, Prof. Dr. Halushchak focuses on different scientific topics, among them Leadership, Legal Competence in Economics, Financial Architecture of Economy, and Tax Policies.
Dr. Victoria Ossadnik

Student course: Successful Adaption of Enterprises in Fast Changing/Disruptive Markets
Dr. Victoria Ossadnik has been the CEO of E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH since April 2018 and a member of the E.ON SE Executive Board since April 2021.
Victoria Ossadnik joined E.ON from Microsoft, where she was Vice President for Microsoft Enterprise Services Delivery and led the Data and Artificial Intelligence organization worldwide. Prior to this position, she was responsible for Services Germany at the same company.
Before the Frankfurt native began her work at Microsoft, she headed the Technology Consulting division at Oracle as Vice President for Northern Europe. Prior to that, she held various management positions at CSC and the German laser technology start-up SCANLAB.
In addition to her responsibilities as CEO, Victoria Ossadnik is the chairwoman of E.ON Digital Technology GmbH and the non-executive director of the Supervisory Board of Linde plc.
She holds a doctorate in quantum physics from Munich's Ludwig Maximilian University.
Peter Paschek

Studentische Lehre: Management Entwicklung im digitalen Zeitalter
Peter Paschek (geb. 1949 in Homberg/Niederrhein, heute Duisburg) studierte Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in Deutschland, UK und USA (Schwerpunkte: Soziologie, politische Philosophie, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Abschluss: Dipl. soc. oec.) und ist seit 1979 als Managementberater tätig. Davor war er von 1976-1979 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Soziologie I (Prof. Dr. J. C. Papalekas) der Ruhr Universität Bochum. Nach mehr als 20 Jahren als geschäftsführender Gesellschafter bei der Delta Management Consultants GmbH setzt er seine Arbeit seit Anfang 2015 als freiberuflicher Unternehmens- und Personalberater fort.
Durch seine Lehrtätigkeit an der Universität St. Gallen (bis 2013) sowie an der TU München ist Paschek der universitären Lehre und Forschung stets verbunden geblieben. Peter Paschek ist ein Schüler von Prof. Dr. Peter F. Drucker, der ihn über 30 Jahre als Lehrer, Freund und Berater begleitete. Neben einer Reihe von Veröffentlichungen hat er gemeinsam mit Peter Drucker das Buch „Kardinaltugenden effektiver Führung“ herausgegeben (Frankfurt a.M. 2004), seine jüngste Schrift „Leadership in der digitalen Zeit“ ist im Juli 2015 erschienen.
Dr. Ralf Wintergerst

CEO of Giesecke+Devrient and President of the digital association Bitkom
Ralf Wintergerst has over 30 years of experience in the global economy and technology industry. He is the CEO of the international SecurityTech company Giesecke+Devrient as well as the President of the digital association Bitkom. Throughout his career, he has worked in various markets worldwide, including India, China, the United States, and Europe. Wintergerst is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of secunet Security Networks AG (Essen, Germany). Additionally, he has been involved in around 20 merger and acquisition projects.
His academic career includes four degrees in economics, politics, philosophy, and management. His commitment to lifelong learning continually brings new inspiration and perspectives, fueling his professional and personal growth. Alongside his professional activities, Wintergerst is passionate about sports. As a multiple German and European champion in karate, he sees discipline and perseverance as the keys to success – both on the mat and in life.
Ralf Wintergerst is also involved in several foundations and the academic field, where he advocates for social and technological progress.
