RESEARCH PROJECTS

We study causes and effects of human motivation, dealing with questions regarding implicit and explicit motives, volition (willpower), intrinsic motivation, flow experiences, action regulation, (romantic) workplace relationships, and transformational leadership. Our research is centered around the 3C-model of motivation and volition. Our goal is to establish the model in both teaching and research.
