A new publication titled "Product appeal, sensory perception and consumer demand" by Jutta Roosen, Christina Neubig, Matthias Staudigel, and Herdis Agovi has just been published in the European Review of Agricultural Economics. This research discusses the opportunities for studying the role of sensory properties in determining food choices. The methodology is illustrated using the example of mueslis in Germany.
