We seek project students to test consumer acceptance of an innovative functional beverage which serves as convenient source of dietary fiber and plant-based protein. Part of the ingredients used for the beverage and main source of the high nutritional value is an upcycled byproduct from the beer-brewing process. The goal is to analyze sensory aspects (taste, texture,…) and what elements of the value proposition (healthy, convenient, sustainable,…) resonate with the defined target customers. Prototypes of the drink will be provided. The project is conducted in cooperation with a Munich-based start-up.
The student role requires:
- organizing small consumer panel
- conception of experiment structure and required materials (questionnaire)
- evaluation of data and presentation of results
The project work can be in English or German.
