How to find us

Coming from Munich (Central Station), it is possible to reach us by train (Regionalexpress) or S-Bahn (S1 to Freising). At the station "Freising" you can take the bus 637 or 638 and get off in "Weihenstephan" (Vöttinger Straße). Walk the way uphill. The bus 639 has a stop "Weihenstephaner Berg" directly on the hill. The department is located Alte Akademie 16 (in the basement of the first building at the left side which looks like a cube). Duration: ca. 1h  - 1,5h.

If you are coming by car from Munich, get off A92 at Freising-Mitte. Once in Freising turn left into Vöttinger Straße direction Weihenstephan. Once at the campus turn left and drive uphill. The department is located Alte Akademie 16 (in the basement of the first building at the left side which looks like a cube). Duration: ca. 1h.

If you are coming by car from Nuremberg, get off A9 at Allershausen. Drive direction Freising. Once you enter Freising, at the first traffic light turn right (Am Staudengarten), again right (Vöttinger Str) and then left. You drive uphill.  The department is located Alte Akademie 16 (in the basement of the first building at the left side which looks like a cube).

Coming from the airport please take the Bus 635 to Freising (train station). Change there for the Bus 638 and get off in "Weihenstephan" (Vöttinger Straße). Walk the way uphill.
