The 6th Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Leadership Symposium 2023 took place between May 3 and May 6 in Rhodes. The conference adopts an interdisciplinary lens on leadership phenomena where scholars from different scientific fields engage in dialogue about current insights from leadership research – this year with the focus on “The Yin and Yang of Leadership and Followership”.
