Rebecca West is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Behavioral Research Methods at the TUM School of Management.
Rebecca’s research explores the cognitive processes underlying both decisions and the metacognitive evaluations that accompany them. She combines behavioural experiments with computational modelling to capture the dynamics of decision-making and metacognition, providing insights into how people monitor and adapt their decisions under varying levels of uncertainty.
Rebecca completed her PhD and Bachelor’s (Honours) at the University of Queensland (Brisbane, Australia). She then completed a one-year research position at the Chair of Computational Modeling in Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
