Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Franz Friedel

Since 2012, Franz Friedel is an employee at the the Chair of Economics of Horticulture and Landscaping, Technical University of Munich (TUM). He is managing IT-projects and IT-services, and is a lecturer in the course “Project Management and Scientific Work”.

Before, he worked at the Technical University of Munich too, in the institutions: Department of Agriculture and Computer Science in Plant Technology, and in the Information Technology Weihenstephan (ITW). Further, he was active at the Federal Centre for Meat Research, Institute for Meat Production and Marketing. Franz Friedel studied agriculture at the University of Applied Sciences, Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, with major focus on Agricultural Economics.

His current research interests are Commons, Regional Economy and Management in vegetable production.
