Academic Career
Keerti started her PhD at the TUM School of Management in February 2026. She completed the International Joint Master of Research (M.Sc.) in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University, Leuphana University, and the University of Valencia (2023-2025). She previously earned a First Class Bachelor’s (B.Sc. Hons.) degree in Psychology from the University of Buckingham. Alongside her studies, she has actively contributed to academic initiatives, where she supported program evaluation, curriculum development, and accreditation processes. Her interdisciplinary training combines strong methodological expertise with applied organizational and psychological perspectives. She also gained professional experience across research, analytics, and people-focused roles.
Research Areas
Keerti Aiyengar’s research interests lie at the intersection of marketing, technology, and organizational psychology, with a particular focus on how artificial intelligence reshapes human judgement, decision-making, and interaction. Her work is broadly concerned with understanding how consumers and managers perceive, evaluate, and respond to AI systems in organizational and marketplace contexts. Drawing on perspectives from consumer behavior, social cognition, and organizational psychology, her research examines the psychological and behavioral implications of human-AI collaboration. Her work aims to contribute to theory development in technology-enabled behavior while generating insights relevant to marketing strategy, organizational decision-making, and digital innovation.
