What you’ll work on:
Support an exciting DFG-funded project on digital transformation in higher education, exploring how organizational learning and IT governance shape universities’ digitalization processes.

Your tasks:
Literature research and preparation of scientific papers
Data collection, analysis, and report preparation
Supporting project organization and events
General administrative support

Who we’re looking for:
Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s students (e.g., business, sociology, psychology, communication, or related fields)
Strong German & English skills
Interest in research, especially qualitative methods and digital transformation
Structured, reliable, and eager to learn
