Dr. Selina Stracke Leaves our Chair

After a successful and impactful time as a Researcher at the Chair of Research and Science Management, Dr. Selina Stracke has left our chair in December 2022 to take on new challenges.

Selina conducted research on team processes and team effectiveness, mainly focusing on functional (team adaptation) and dysfunctional (collective rumination) team processes. In September 2022, Selina successfully defended her dissertation titled "Teams in the (New) World of Work: How Teams (In)effectively Handle Adversity in the Dynamic World of Work". Among other research activities and team responsibilities, she was also actively involved in student teaching and in our internal lifelong learning programs.

Dear Selina, we thank you for your dedication and commitment to our Chair and wish you all the best and much success for your future!
