Research Interests

My research interests mainly cover two areas, which overlap in certain points. The first area includes the influence of diversity and emotions in leadership and management. Research questions of interest cover, for example, the influence of leaders' expressions of discrete emotions on followers, and how emotion expressions are seen dependent on the gender of the emotion expressing person. The second area covers the digital transformation in organizations. This includes the examination of changes due to the digitalization and how organizations need to react in leadership and organizational culture to cope with these changes.
