Research Interests

My primary research interest lies at the intersection of organization and innovation. Specifically, I am interested in how prerequisites and measures of organization designs, such as ambidexterity and open innovation, relate to the emergence of innovation. In my research, I seek to identify how such measures can be employed to increase the innovation performance of firms and organizations in knowledge-intensive environments.
