Research interests
My research centers on how organizations in both business and academia can facilitate creative and innovative thinking and behavior. Combining approaches from psychology, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship, I investigate how individuals proactively shape both their organizational environment and their individual careers. Moreover, I am interested in the role of leaders and contextual factors in enabling individual creativity, proactivity, and innovativeness.
