Dr. Christian Theurer

Research interests
I conduct research in the field of work design as influenced by technology in the digital age and how organizations need to transform to both attract potential employees and to foster productivity (e.g., innovative behaviour). Another area of interest lies in the multidisciplinary area of organizational attractiveness where I apply marketing-based brand equity conceptualizations to HRM. Specifically, I study how brand equity theory can be transferred and applied to employee recruitment and retention.
