Research interests

As a member of the BMBF project "ARinFLEX - Unterstützung der Ausführung von flexiblen Dienstleistungsprozessen durch Augmented Reality" ("ARinFLEX - Supporting Flexible Service Processing by Augmented Reality") I am interested in the digitalization of service processes as well as digital transformation of companies.
